What is Not Included in the Guarantee
Delivery delays caused by customer unavailability, an incorrect billing address, an incomplete shipping address, or an incorrect contact number are not covered under the delivery guarantee.
If the courier partner reaches the shipping address within five business days and delivery is unsuccessful due to customer-related issues, Pure Earth will not be responsible for the resulting delay.
Please note that courier companies may or may not contact the customer before attempting delivery. This is beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for all orders above ₹600.
For orders below ₹600, a nominal shipping fee of ₹110 will be charged.

By placing an order on our website, you agree and confirm the following:
- In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect name, address, phone number, or any other incorrect information provided by the customer, any additional cost incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
