Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pure Earth, we are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic products and services. Due to the personal and health-related nature of our products, we follow a strict No Cancellation and No Refund Policy. Customers are requested to carefully review the product details and order information before completing a purchase.
Once a product has been sold and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund or return.
1. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Before completing your purchase, please ensure that the selected products, quantities, billing details, and shipping address are correct.
2. No Refund Policy
Pure Earth does not provide refunds for purchased products or services, including but not limited to:
Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if a customer changes their mind after placing an order.
Product Preference: Refunds cannot be claimed if a product does not meet individual expectations or preferences.
Incorrect Order Details: Orders placed with incorrect product selections, quantities, or customer-provided information are not eligible for refunds.
Services: Payments made for Ayurvedic consultations or other services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that appears damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
After reviewing the issue, Pure Earth may, at its discretion, provide a replacement of the same product. Refunds will not be provided. Customers may be required to share photographs, videos, packaging details, or other relevant proof of the damage or defect.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal wellness products, including herbal supplements, oils, powders, capsules, and other formulations, products are non-returnable once delivered.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the product.
